On the LLP window in the Liquidity Tab, you can view your LLP balance, current APRs, and total supply of LLPs on the platform.

To add LLP to your Metamask, click on the LLP title or the 'Add LLP to Wallet' button.

Once you supply assets to the liquidity pool and receive LLPs, they are automatically staked.

You can view the respective APRs for $FTM or $BNB rewards and $esLIF3 by hovering over the APR line and the total LLP supply underneath it.
